have been openly communicating during quarantine

They are very transparent about the Company's goals and progress toward meeting those goals - even if we are sometimes not meeting them and their analysis of why and what we need to do to get back on track

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I just feel like the knowledge I have of how internal operations goes, and my usefulness on the team, outweighs my wage. That if I were to leave, situations would get noticeably worse regarding a particular subset of our customers.

Getting to do new things almost every day, new situations to solve, opportunities to make things better and being empowered to make those changes

We're treated well and I feel like I make good progress each day. I wish I was met with fewer individual fires to put out each day and could focus on other things, but them's the ropes I guess.
