Making sure we innovate faster, prioritizing resources, and taking time to understand and learn from the sales teams. There seems to be a disconnect between what leadership views as priorities vs. what the sales people need to be able to be effective.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because of my gender. Male colleagues are consistently favoured, females are consistently pushed out of the sales team.
