They are transparent about the direction of the company and why they make the decisions they do. They show genuine care for their employees and have been extremely thoughtful in how we have transitioned and been supported in remote working.

LogMeIn is the best company I have ever worked for. The culture cultivates confidence and acceptance. My Manager is genuinely there for my success. The executive team's doors are always open and the CEO consistently keeps us all in the loop. LogMeIn truly cares for the customer and the employee.

They are fully transparent and really do care about all employees, not just by saying it, but by doing. We have "self care days" each month..... no where else I know does that, for example.

This leadership team is horrible at communication and transparency, you always get the feeling they are lying through their teeth. Furthermore, they micromanage like no other. I've worked at billion dollar companies before, this is not how to lead one.

They need to get more aligned, organized, and communicate better. Too many departments silo the work they do, which causes duplication of work, confusion, and frustration between teams. They also need to recognize where their weaknesses are and hire key individuals to fill those gaps.
