Working with engineers is fun. However the management and executive level never seem to learn from their mistakes. Their communication is consistently awful around changes, the timelines are set before the scope of work is understood. The result is people at the lowest level picking up the slack

Leadership needs to become more connected to the realities of day-to-day work and take into consideration all feedback before rolling out programmes that will only hurt compensation, such as taking away LTI from the lowest paid people.

Communication. And constant reorganization is exhausting. Changes are done and then explained instead of the opposite way so nobody knows what's going on and employees lose trust. Bad organizational change management processes.

The leadership team needs to significantly improve their communication by being more transparent about company decisions and providing regular updates to all employees. They should create better channels for two-way communication where employees feel comfortable sharing their concerns.

There are two key issues in GW. First, high performers are not rewarded properly, because GW equalizes pay, so there's no reason to overperform, since mediocrity it rewarded just as much. Second issue, execs talk big but there's hardly ever enough time and/or resources provided to do work well.

The LTIs were removed and the increase that was awarded only equated to 1 years LTI allowance so i will be massively down next year when my remaining LTIs finish vesting. The communication regardobg this from our leadership has been extemely poor
