The leadership at HG is so knowledgable and approachable, two things which paired together breed confidence and further individual knowledge. I can talk to our CTO candidly about the product roadmap, or about the new restaurant/bar in town, and then talk to my CEO about our upcoming half marathon.

Their transparency - have never worked with a group of leaders who are so plugged in with the rest of the work force. Our CEO Elizabeth often walks around the sales floor asking about deals and catching up with reps (which is unheard of in the IT space)

Advice for the board: Replace CEO and bring in experienced C-level leaders who can drive success. The growth the company has seen in the past 18 months is due to acquiring a top-notch sales team based in London. The culture is toxic and politics are rampant.

Onboarding new employees and setting expectations. EQ and sensitivity needs to be raised- some leaders have chips on their shoulders. The sales VP has a "perform or get fired" mentality, and doesn't invest in any enablement or training for the reps. Senior reps get priority on all sales opps.
