HG Insights Leadership team is a group of open minded, intelligent individuals who represent not only the company and its product portfolio but also collective values of the company.

The leadership at HG is so knowledgable and approachable, two things which paired together breed confidence and further individual knowledge. I can talk to our CTO candidly about the product roadmap, or about the new restaurant/bar in town, and then talk to my CEO about our upcoming half marathon.

The leadership team is supportive of their individual contributors and makes every effort to express their support and gratitude.

Common sense and alot of patience

Advice for the board: Replace CEO and bring in experienced C-level leaders who can drive success. The growth the company has seen in the past 18 months is due to acquiring a top-notch sales team based in London. The culture is toxic and politics are rampant.

Onboarding new employees and setting expectations. EQ and sensitivity needs to be raised- some leaders have chips on their shoulders. The sales VP has a "perform or get fired" mentality, and doesn't invest in any enablement or training for the reps. Senior reps get priority on all sales opps.
