Interviewers were welcoming and answered all questions
The interview process was focused on who we are, how we deal with problems and personal failures, and what motivates us. It was a group of real people interviewing a person, not just asking standard questions off a page.
A diverse panel that asked questions beyond just work experience, about core values, etc.

It felt like a conversation more than an interview. It really was a two-way street, where both sides were assessing if the fit was right.

dont ask how old I am, and don't ask me questions based on the age that I tell you.
