What part of Hometown America's business is growing fastest? What part is having difficulties?
Purchasing real-estate in parts of the US and AU.
If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at Hometown America?
HTA would need another supervisor to take over the Co-President responsiblities of managing the departments.
What do people at Hometown America think about the CEO? What do they do well and what can they improve?
The Co-Presidents don't really work well together. They not in accord with decision making. Stephen Braun is a terrible manager.
Does Hometown America have any remote positions?
Yes.
How's the vacation policy at Hometown America?
It's frowned upon. Since the departments are paper thin, workers aren't really able to go on vacation often. Every year I had more vacation hours than I could use.
