Don't attempt to speak on your fellow coworker's behalf with the deliberate intention of sabotaging them. Don't lie or be callous. Actually practice inclusivity & understanding. Don't defame the character or reputation of another coworker. Don't belittle, patronize or bully other coworkers.

My coworkers are the primary reason I want to go to work in the morning. Middle management is horribly under-trained, and people often get promoted to managers when they should be promoted along an IC track. 80% of managers have no skills, or don't have a passion for people management.
