I like that there is a 401K with a match, and a lifestyle spending account and Summer Fridays! Between Memorial Day and Labor Day we close business earlier so that our employees can enjoy the weekend a little bit more.

Leadership makes decisions without asking their team. The people who have influence have been with the company for at least three years. More compensation wouldn't address this.
