Overall this has been the best company I've worked for in my young professional career. I finally feel like I work with like minded and driven individuals who want to help me succeed as much as I want to help them succeed. I blessed to have this opportunity. I love the base pay as most companies are paying well below. I also enjoy the uncapped commission and the unlimited PTO. I like the work/life balance that Innovien offers. Many other companies don't do this and I feel it hurts their retention for employees.

I love the music in the office. I like to bop and do my work but it also gives me a sense of calm and allows me to absolutely kill it at my job. But there are so many things that make me happy. Co workers, food, office environment (cleanliness, lighting, equipment, etc).
