Overall, things have been fairly positive. I don't regret joining the company/team at all and I'm optimistic about what's to come. I want to be a bigger contributor or manager at some point and that makes me want to work harder to get to that point.

My first month at Innovien has been incredible. One thing I really wanna point out is my direct manager Malia she has gone above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and also provide meaningful feedback and I think she does a great job of making herself available and also really doing her best!

They seem to truly care about the business as a whole. and require high standards. While at the same time they're bringing a very laid back and positive attitude that's contagious.

Everyone really cares here! in ny short time, all leadership has reached out multiple times to make feel welcome and also help where they can!

I do not feel undervalued by any means. I did not negotiate my salary well enough and ultimately that is on me.

The common sentiment is that unless you're making the company millions, you're considered worthless. This mindset makes it difficult to feel valued for the contributions made, no matter how significant. A fair paycheck, promised benefits like a 401k, and regular acknowledgment would help.

I am making much less than the industry standard coupled with my experience level.

I believe that we are not as competitive as the rest of the marketplace for the industry we are in. I think at least addressing why they choose this level versus other companies and why they feel it is the right decision.

No matter how hard you work, something is always found lacking. Unrealistic expectations, constant negative reinforcement, and a lack of empathy create a stressful environment where job security feels uncertain. The way people talk about each other only adds to this.
