I do not feel undervalued by any means. I did not negotiate my salary well enough and ultimately that is on me.
The common sentiment is that unless you're making the company millions, you're considered worthless. This mindset makes it difficult to feel valued for the contributions made, no matter how significant. A fair paycheck, promised benefits like a 401k, and regular acknowledgment would help.

I am making much less than the industry standard coupled with my experience level.
I believe that we are not as competitive as the rest of the marketplace for the industry we are in. I think at least addressing why they choose this level versus other companies and why they feel it is the right decision.

Leadership doesn't take the time to address any of the concerns brought to their attention. I would appreciate it if I were compensated in accordance with my excessive workload and the demanding environment.
