Hold account managers accountable. Make process more streamlined instead of just making everyone in the company "f*** around and find out". Create SOPS. Make sure leadership is READY TO SERVE. Make AMs make their req clean with all the info needed in Req Cat, AMS need to respect pros

it appears that when things are not going well it is down to us as AMs for not doing are jobs. However, when things are going well it is down to "great leadership". There is no "well done" or pats on the back. It is consistent, "get more activity" with no REAL help to achieve that.

Having to pull double duty as a AM but also recruiting on all my own REQs because we dont have enough recruiters and are losing more and more to other companies. I cant built my business because im grounded always recruiting on my own reqs.

I believe that there are too many people in roles that they have not had properly trained or qualified for. Hiring externally may help. I struggle with reporting to someone that is my age or younger.

I wish that there was not such a pressure to never take a day off work. Even if i do take a PTO or sick day, I am still working at least 4-8 hrs. There is not much room for error

While I think our exec team knows how to deliver messages and they come up with great ideas, new initiatives or messages don't always get delivered that well on the sales manager level. our sales managers get caught up in numbers and don't help us learn how to sell more efficiently/effectively.
