Obviously I care the most amount about pay, so the best part of my comp package is salary+RSUs+bonus. As far as other perks go, I guess the ESPP is the most valuable, so I would pick that.

My son was born while I worked at IAS and I was afforded 16 weeks paid leave. This has made a huge impact on my opinions and happiness with IAS as a company. Management gives a lot of flexibility around when and how work gets done in my experience which is primarily why I stay.

I wish the health insurance deductibles were lower so I can get tested for things beyond the basic preventative care (catching cancers etc issues ahead of time), I did not get any raise for 3 years until I had to ask my VP, that is unacceptable for a high performer employee

No pay increases for inflation even for people who are exceeding their goals or weren't able to reach their goals due to reasons outside of their control but are still excelling as employees. Hiring people too junior/inexperience because they are being cheap.

With the amount of collaboration I have with my account teams and peers, sometimes I do feel like I'm undervalued as far as compensation. With my role in the company I do feel like I should be compensated more since I feel I play a big role in keeping accounts/clients supported and valued.

I was making more in a previous role. When joining I accepted that salary is split 60/40 between base/mbo. When interviewing I inquired about MBO details to help me make an informed decision. 90+ days into my employment at IAS, MBO details are changing and could affect my total compensation.

Given the industry, the compensation can be more competitive in terms of the base salary. Competitors ranges are higher to attract more. Keeping the flexibility on the work-from-home policy does help as well because returning to office does impact the cost calculation of what salary is required.
