Integral Ad Science Leadership Employee Reviews

What do you like best about the leadership team?

I like how personable and transparent they are. Open door policy and always greeting everyone no matter what level or their role is. They try to introduce themselves and get to know the individual and ask for feedback whenever they can.

Review from Operations Dept

I am incredibly impressed both with the intelligence of the leadership team as well as their welcoming nature. I think they are transparent and seem to genuinely care for the people in this company. I also find the values created by leadership to be very smart, and necessary to success.

Review from Engineering Dept

Srishti was a great hire choice and will help us mature as a company. We need to get through the growing pains moving from a medium sized company to a large one. Not an easy task.

Review from Engineering Dept

openly share the details and discuss

Review from Engineering Dept

Transparency and monthly company wide

Review from HR Dept

Much of the SLT is very visible and accessible in the office.

Commitment to being open and transparent!

Review from Finance Dept

Clearly communicate goals, especially during Global Town Halls

Review from Operations Dept

They have a strong vision

Review from HR Dept

They communicate well and make an effort to connect for one on ones often.

Review from Finance Dept

Transparency and the thoughtfulness they provide into the benefits

Review from Finance Dept

My experience so far is that they are very personable

Review from Product Dept

They communicate and stay transparent as much as possible.

Review from IT Dept

set up our organization in terms of reporting structure for success

Review from HR Dept

Open and accessible to everyone within the organisation. IAS Doesn't feel very hierarchical where by Leadership team are out of touch with employees across the org.

Review from HR Dept

They truly get to know us as people. At IAS, we're large enough to have resources that are invested back into us, but not too large where we don't get to know each other

Review from HR Dept

Transparency, easily approachable, very caring, etc.

Review from IT Dept

empathetic leadership, great learning and development opportunities

Review from Product Dept

I like that we were given time off on an individual basis to step away and vote this previous election. I think the executive team is receptive to feedback and on a regular basis reflects on said feedback to improve.

Review from Engineering Dept

Very honest about company and market

Review from Product Dept

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

All you care about it seems to be chasing revenue even after you have already achieved the goal, you should learn to respectfully pay your employees to better align with industry levels especially in bigger city locations. You should also ensure to create transparency in job postings for base salary

Review from Customer Success Dept

Care about it's people more than their individual reputations. Too much blame is placed on folks at the bottom levels.

Review from Finance Dept

Innovation and ways to distinguish IAS from competitors. Clear, thought out roadmaps that we see through to the end. It seems like we are just chasing competitors rather than trying to lead in the industry

Review from Operations Dept

Transparency - they try to appear transparent but we never know what they are really thinking. There is a lack of innovation and they don't listen to us when it comes to sharing what would help us get new business and retain clients. They are out of touch which impacts the way we invest in product.

Review from Sales Dept

Setting obtainable timelines as to when a task should be completed. Not assiging tasks one after another and expecting each one to be due at the same time.

Review from Customer Support Dept

If we are up for sale, especially to private equity, be honest about it instead of saying "everything is great, business as usual" when everything is about to be cut if that happens. Just be transparent with us.

Review from Engineering Dept

There is no strategy anyone can understand other than "beat DV." Additionally, leadership constantly micromanages which makes it impossible to get anything done.

Review from Finance Dept

mpactful, game-changing innovations are essential. While terms like AI and ML are often used, there's a need to clarify the vision and customer impact. Developing clear visionary paths, motivating teams to stay committed, and sharing learnings and outcomes regularly would be beneficial.

Review from Engineering Dept

downstream communication and alignment of goals

Review from Operations Dept

Actually caring about their employees.

Review from Operations Dept

Need to do off-line conversation regularly

Review from Sales Dept

communicating more and better about clear goals which would inspire people, stop following DV, be more creative and differentiate IAS rather than following what others do on the market

Review from Sales Dept

Clearer roadmaps of what we are focused on as a company. It feels like we are all over the place and we can't put enough resources behind what we are currently doing, but they keep adding more to our plates. We never seem to have a solid plan in place before we rush into new products or services.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Improving the overall culture at IAS. It has become very political and it feels like at any minute your job can be at risk for no apparent reason or rationale. They can really start listening and understanding what people do beneath them so they can make informed decisions.
