What are some of the best things about your team?
my team is curious and looking to be challenged and work hard, however I can't say the same about a few Sales team members who don't understand tech but are put in the front seat when trying to go out and sell, IAS should hire more technical Sales people

IAS needs to stop resisting remote work and embrace it; instead of depending on in office interactions and forcing folks into the office, help facilitate connections with employees - embrace being a remote first company and create structures to help employees engage with each other
