Comp ratio is at the lower end of the scale with poor bonus performance in last 3 years and limited merit. Need to reconsider their comp ratio and bonus payout policy especially those are who are ops/finance

Worst benifits we went from 100% paid benifits to $250 every month and no change in wahes to cover the cost for insurance.

I worked for an agency working for iqvia and was paid substantially more .iqvia use the excuse or temporary workers to pay less claiming the company benefits make up for this ,while the agencies offered the same benefits

Growth is negligible.. non existent. Increments are non existent. It's like I have been workung in almost same salary for years. Needs more motivation to work.. in terms of growth, promotions or increments. Lack of motivation to work and deliver more. Promotions don't or rarely happen
