
Pay your employees for the hours they work. Hold those that aren't doing their share accountable. Stop valuing "leaders" with no knowledge over the SMEs

Follow the credo. Get rid of excessive and bad leaders and get more actual workers. Treat your employees with respect and PAY THEM FOR THE WORK THEY DO. No more unpaid overtime for hourly or non-exempt workers!

Pay gaps are extreme and hidden from employees. Experienced quality employees not receiving fair increases. New employees with little to no experience making more than those that are training them. No profit-sharing. Too many unpaid OT hours being worked. Gs & Os ignored in Reviews
