HR does a wonderful job putting events and other activities that signals the company understand and acknowledges that we all have lives to balance. Also the execs do a good job bringing in discussion to remind us what impact we are making for patients. KPT is also very open to changes in progress

The leadership team is in a bit a flux right now. That's a good thing because it's a signal to employees that they will look to make improvement in order for the company to achieve their goals. And, thus far, the leadership team is receptive about new processes I have been driving for my group
