The salary is the best part of the compensation package.

The bonus and equity. The health benefits can be better. We should allow for payment of the deductibles too through the $2000 payment.

No clear direction, strategy or priorities (everything is a top priority). Competing directives from different stakeholders. Constantly changing expectations and goals. Ever increasing workload with little reward or recognition for meeting or exceeding goals. Success rewarded with being more work.
