There is a lack of transparency in GMSA and it creates a competitive environment. While I have full trust in the executive team, I do not trust my GMSA leadership team. I recommend this survey is sent to all employees as many others may agree. I recommend investing in a program to retain talent

The executive team has a perfect balance of being committed to furthering the science and helping patients while understanding what it means to run a business.
