The unlimited PTO and paid-to-play perks are amazing. Taking time off is strongly encouraged here, especially in the last couple of years when we all need to take a mental health day from time to time.

I think the overall hiring and promo freezes really hold back talent and while the eventual hiring and compensation bumps are appreciated, the time spent waiting is not really accounted for and therefore feels like lost time.

There is an expectation that team members will take on more work when people quit/are fired/go on maternity leave then are not compensated for it.
