I definitely look forward to chatting with my team, especially for brainstorming sessions. The mood is always relaxed and fun, and we even spend a little time just catching up. It's definitely a nice contrast to meetings that can be a bit more strict and stuffy.
My team is like a family. We care about each individual while allowing for different opinions to be heard. Work is truly an enjoyable place to participate in and we are all passionate about what we do.

as stated with the leadership team, hold people accountable. stop trying to be people's friend's. a business needs to get things done and you can do that without all the fluff. my coworker's team has come to me with the same frustrations, but everyone tiptoe's around them
I think my team could use some better communication strategies, everyone has a tendency to be off in their own world.
