Overall its been good experience, only downside is promotion are hard to get once your hired for one position even if you work your butt off proving you can handle the other job & already doing that job.dragging there feet gets frustrating. Pay could be way better also

Upper management to give lower managment more credit then they do,& not only look at numbers,& actually call & say thank you & notice the hard work put in to make that a successful day/week etc. better pay dont drag your feet on letting someone know if they have a chance for a different postion
