Literally everything! this company is the most greedy, hostile, and imorale business i have ever encountered.
Training for sure. And not have personal vendetta

Their Job! They have no clue how any of these departments even run. They don't even see who isnt doing there job and who is.

Management lacks leadership skills and it reflects in how they execute policy.
Paying their subcontractors in a more efficient and timely manner and stop trying to extort money from them
