Upper management to give lower managment more credit then they do,& not only look at numbers,& actually call & say thank you & notice the hard work put in to make that a successful day/week etc. better pay dont drag your feet on letting someone know if they have a chance for a different postion
A whole new team who are honest, effective,who has good work ethics and not try to gain notoriety at the expense of others
