Pay is below market average and there is no corporate support so all tesponsibility falls on the venue/locations.

I have been working at Legends (FSU) for 2yrs now and still have not been up for an raise. I am a Quad Supervisor, in my time there I haven't had a revue nor benefits have not been discussed. People pay hundreds of thousands to millions of dollars per suite and there is a 24% admin fee that does not go to employees that provide the service. If someone can pay 7 figures for a suite, a standard appropriate gratuity can be afforded.

I went from highest tipped employee to almost lowest after one certain waitress got moved to my shift to take all cash tickets. And gets all overtime to do nothing but ride the clock approved by her friend a manager
