What did you like most about the interview process?
The feeling that the company carried about it's employees. That feeling lasted less then 6 months.

Didn't have an interview just hired on the spot
Friendly HR staff at the start but after the favoritism started to show and the rule breaking changing for the pet employees he employees do nothing to change it for fear of having no employees. Complaints fall on dead ears

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
The company doesn't have a standard process and often the company recruiters quit befor they hire the vacant positions. They significantly under pay discouraging quality candidates.
More avenues for people to actually find out about interviews and such
They need new management team
