Listening to Frontline employees and stop talking down to them

They don't have a leadership team, most deal are managment fees. The Baseball fan experience is basic nothing exciting or original. The NFL experience is still better outside of the arena. Live Nation creates it own programing Legends is just the secretary and bank.

Running a business handling management issues and stop expecting lower employees to do their job

The communication on all levels are terrible along with the personal issues dwelling within the company!

For one I need to have honest workers they need to have workers that do their job and don't be biased towards workers

Pay is below market average and there is no corporate support so all tesponsibility falls on the venue/locations.

If we would've actually received respect for management and not essentially be seen as wage slaves to make their jobs easier

Less experienced employs were catered to depending on who they knew.Part time or no hours.

I have been working at Legends (FSU) for 2yrs now and still have not been up for an raise. I am a Quad Supervisor, in my time there I haven't had a revue nor benefits have not been discussed. I have asked on several occasions on whom we speak to referring to this situation and been given the run aro

My current location they're fine but previously at AT&T Stadium they were unnecessarily long And difficult to understand because they didn't have a microphone as a simple piece of technology, which would've made it easy for people to hear them

They all need to be replaced.

Relieve all old company employees because they are not changing over to new company standards. Management is too close to old employees and show favoritism towards their clicks. Taking waitresses and giving them manager titles is bad for business. Trying to get good new employees to quit

IT team is great. It's the other teams that need help.

The company doesn't have a standard process and often the company recruiters quit befor they hire the vacant positions. They significantly under pay discouraging quality candidates.

More avenues for people to actually find out about interviews and such

The company struggles to do the basics but feels it is world class. The company need to take an honest look in the mirror, the decline is in the numbers.

Listen to all there staff, there aggorents is there biggest fault.

There id a lot of gossip which needs to be handled and dealt with!!

The entire team needs to be replaced.

HR needs to step up and help in a situation and listen to employees instead of just blindly taking Managements side. Managers are bullies own up to it.
