They don't have a leadership team, most deal are managment fees. The Baseball fan experience is basic nothing exciting or original. The NFL experience is still better outside of the arena. Live Nation creates it own programing Legends is just the secretary and bank.

Explain what new workers are supposed to do. Show them around on their first day. Otherwise, do not expect them to know what to do . Be more organized so workers are not left frustrated and confused.

Diversify, if you look on their leadership team online there is not one black person. Also, tip for your free food and beverage. We live on our tips because the minimum wage or barely above minimum wage is not a living wage.

Teaching everyone to do there job and not punish the employees that do there job and try to get others to do as well but get told that theres no team work just do it yourself

Communication and not give the people that have been loyal and work hard more work than they can manage. They also need to provide more growth opportunities to those who work for it and not simply by who they know in the company.

Old company employees are still working like the old company. Get rid of the bullies and lazy employees. Personal friends should never be hired on any crew as it becomes a monopoly of who they like they keep and run off anyone they don't like.And giving one employee overtime to walk around
