Management is too power hungry, doesn't promote fairness between shifts, are to concerned with their own department. Doesn't promote unity.

Nothing extraordinary. There is ESPP which some big companies do provide .
Not much. You can buy filters at a lower price for your HVAC equipment. You get some minimal discounts on equipment purchases.
What's the interview process like at Lennox International?
Varies from department to department and manager to manager
Recruiter...then hiring manager, then potentially a panel interview. If no panel interviews, then another interview with hiring manager's manager or her/his colleagues.
What part of Lennox International's business is growing fastest? What part is having difficulties?
Controls is growing fastest. Refrigeration is slow
Residential is the most well run business. Worldwide refrigeration businesses have challenges.

Could be difficult. Depends on if you want to climb the ladder, then you may have to sacrifice the social life a bit.

When I was there, for the last 1-2 years of it, didn't feel good at all. Culture was taking a nose-dive with lots of change. For others it is great. Depends on your style, your mindset, and how you adapt to your environment.
