Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel comfortable responding.
The supervisor don't know hot to motivate the employees,and also picked her or his favorism
Pay is lower than industry average and annual review is conducted in an unreasonably high threshold
I do not believe that the company understands what other companies are providing in terms of salary & benefits. Hiring consultants and looking at broader markets is not the right way to set compensation. They need to look at other employers in the same market.

Honesty about expectations and fewer meetings
Companies can't keep good people. Lots of bad actors. Most people there are either too comfortable in their own little world or hire without any proper vetting. I mean those people have personality problems, showed deranged behaviors

Take long time to vheck the background;very short orientation time
The interviewers were attentive, answered questions very frankly. Admitted to blind spots when pointed out.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
It's ok for the question part but not much as basically telling someone that are going to get the position but months later you still haven't gotten the position or even start training. Been put on the back burner multiple times for the company, no growth or hope for people who want to grow.
Actually have people in HR who care. Our HR department in Grenada Ms is HORRIBLE.. they are rude and so snobby

Excellent team work and support
Working with my team on the floor. Making our plan how to get our nightly task done and trucks loaded.
