Communication and support for employees

Caring about their employees. Being more empathetic and understanding we are humans not machines.
Provide opportunity for growth, give more recognition, and improve corporate culture to make your employee want to stay
Everything. Communications. Wages transparent leadership
Incentivize and groom high potential employees to stay and grow their careers. They have a great start to their career development initiatives but they need to think like a tech company when it comes to compensation and get more creative and benchmark their compensation packages to modern companies.
