The company doesn't make it US friendly. Everything is over secure and make the job delayed and causes more waste of time and work. Management has no idea what going on and members are resigning.

I have several certifications and I also was moved into a different position which pays at least 80k yearly salary and I only get 62k. I am one of the top performers at my job and I expect more compensation. 80k for a Facility Manager is what I seek.

Job descriptions' and duties are changed every few weeks and planning is so poor, some of the time the manager requires you to be in two states doing two different things at the same time. Only so many times can raises be 2% and cost of living goes up 8%.
