Everyone is walking on racial eggshells, anything you say, do, expression, gets reported, instead of workers being held responsible to follow rules and policy. Afraid to even request people wear their PPE, or it will get reported as being racial bias.

Too many long hours & meetings that are not productive. Daily requests for updates. No time to actually work on important tasks. WebEx Training from Korea that start at 5pm or 6pm our time. Meetings spoken in Korean the majority of the time.

Nobody has any time to actually go over tasks and expectations. Nobody has time to mentor. Nobody acknowledges a tasks completion or the work employees are putting in. Mass layoffs cause active employees to become scared, depressed, angry, fearful. There is no job security anymore.

Employees are mistreated in work load allocation/distribution, salary, given tasks that are not listed in Job description but forced to do it, not providing enough head counts when requested & needed. that is why employees are leaving the company.

Need a serious change in executive leadership. People leave managers, not companies. Some managers are micromanagers and some just dont pay attention to employee needs of trust. I believe that hiring managers from outside the company should become a thing to change the culture of the company
