I feel that the constant change in direction in combination with focus on meeting unrealistic expectations weakens our integrity. Retaining Field service employees and making their jobs easier should be our top priority. They are expected to run 9 service calls a day within 8 hours.

The tools they supply (email, cloud computer and scheduling) are an embarrassment. Everyday when I start work I have to work with software that is crude and non-functional. I am considering leaving the company because I can't be productive with the basic everyday tools of email and calendar.

Better communication top down. Keep goals consistent and update with results. Changing things, especially when making them retroactive is the worst way to accomplish any goal. when a small group of people are causing issues, focus on them, don't punish the entire group for a small portion of it

Clear disconnect between FSE's and Local employees. Non-Korean employees dont get the same attention, and promotions, as Korean-speaking employees do. Also, internal systems are archaic and add stress to employee to get menial reporting tasks done.

Literally everything. We constantly feel underappreciated and just another number amongst the crowd. Tasks and goalpoasts are constantly moving or unreasonably changed and being made to feel unsure of directives or inadequate is the norm. Morale amongst manu of my peers is very low.

Put the customer first. Everybody's KPI's should be customer focused. Also, people are so sequestered in their boxes, they won't go out of their way to help others outside their "zone"--break barriers down.
