Overall it has been pretty positive. I've been lucky to have good managers and coworkers which I know is not the same experience for everyone.

Most positive is the laid back nature. We work hard to get our work done but it's understood issues come up beyond our control. Everyone is pretty good natured and we all get along pretty well.

Wage gap between executives and workers are large, but that isn't surprising. And for the industry in general my compensation isn't terrible, but it's also a struggle to make ends meet, especially since I've been with the company for over 12 years.
