In my opinion, the strong point of our leadership team is everyone putting their hats together to capture the mission. Regardless of role, everyone is willing to step in to make sure we are successful as a unit.

They give their employees the autonomy and independence to do their work but are there to help when needed. They do not micromanage and they put trust in their employees to put their best work forward. They lead by example - they are personable and very hard-working.
