i just started with Mambu 2 months ago and it's been so amazing. The team is so helpful and encouraging. I love the transparency that there is here. The CEO isnt just someone who is hidden behind an office. He shows face and talks to all of us at Mambu like if we're one team. I love it here

We have team building activities where we can get to know eachother better at a personal level which then has a positive effect when we work together professionally. It's a fun place to work and sometimes I even forget I'm working haha

I think it's super generous that Mambu pays for our entire health benefits. We're so lucky to have that. I love how Mambu also considers our health a priority and gives everyone 20 days for vacation and in the summer 4 day work weeks. It's great

Even though my entire team is abroad and many miles away, we always stay connected to have clarity on what everyone is working on. We meet twice per week and discuss anything that could be holding us back. I love how quickly we can address them rather than waiting to hear back etc
