Even though my entire team is abroad and many miles away, we always stay connected to have clarity on what everyone is working on. We meet twice per week and discuss anything that could be holding us back. I love how quickly we can address them rather than waiting to hear back etc

We all are contributing to the objectives of the meeting and try to be as effective as possible. By having clear agenda and also opening up for feedback from everyone we are able to share experience and discuss differences in a constructive way. This moves us ultimately forward as a company.
