Giving clear guidance on where the company want to be in 5-10 years and directing the company on a Mambu way and not like other companies that are out there. To be able to understand the Mambu way you have to experience this from within. The leadership also adapting to this way which is important.
They feel very accessible and close to the work being done on the very frontline of the business. They still seem connected and involved.

Understand that people are your greatest asset
Keeping the job exited and assigning you exciting with work to prevent getting bored or feeling left out.
Listen to its customers/ employees stop testing the product on customers , Hire People who can lead by example not just manage people. Currently the team first sells the contracts and then does the implementation and design.
