¿Por qué te sientes infravalorado y qué te haría sentir mejor con respecto a tu compensación?

Working understaffed for an entire year is exhausting. I want direct communication with the administration about the hospital hiring freeze. I know the hospital needs more support based on everyday experiences, but the administration determines if the department can hire more staff.

Revisión Publicado hace 10 meses

Again it's PTO time and not very good insurance plans. This is compared to other jobs I've held in this field.

Revisión Publicado hace 2 años

Benefits were subpar. Nondirectors / nonclinical have to use PTO for any holidays.

Revisión Publicado hace 2 años

I believe all employees under leadership level need to be paid more money.

Revisión Publicado hace 3 años

A raise would be nice and stop lying about being topped out. I get emails offering me jobs at Mercy for $10 per hour more

Revisión Publicado hace 3 años

Adaquate pay and better insurance coverage

Revisión Publicado hace 3 años

Mercy lets you know that you are expendable when they fired all of those people for not getting the covid vaccine. I would feel better if I got paid more

Revisión Publicado hace 4 años

There were two workers in my office. one left and now I do my work and her work and they gave me a dollar more an hour as compensation. If they raised my salary by $5 more an hour I would make the middle of my pay rate that would be a good start

Revisión Publicado hace 5 años

The hospitals in town are paying on average 2-5 dollars more an hour for the same type of work. The director does NOT appreciate his staff. We are told to NOT speak to him or even look in his direction. (Several occasions)

Revisión Publicado hace 5 años

higher pay/better benefits were a dang hospital for crying out loud!

Revisión Publicado hace 5 años

Not being mandated to get a covid vaccine

Revisión Publicado hace 5 años

I know what others in roles above mine make and I know how salary is calculated. I work 60 hour weeks and make hundreds of thousands less than they do. That seems unjust.

Revisión Review del Departamento de Administración · Publicado hace 5 años

My insurance, deductibles, coinsurance goes up more than annual raises. I don't really earn enough to get by financially. I'd love to be able to afford a place to live in a better part of town.

Revisión Review del Departamento de Administración · Publicado hace 6 años

A health system which has mediocre health benefits and zero health benefits for retirees

Revisión Review del Departamento de Administración · Publicado hace 6 años

We nurses work long, hard emotional shifts, sometimes acting as counselors for our patients, sometimes crying on our shoulders, emotionally and physically supporting these new moms...sometimes hard physical labor, crawling under tables to plug IV poles and SCDs in. I feel undervalued.

Revisión Review del Departamento de Atención al Cliente · Publicado hace 6 años

Treated very poorly especially by managers

Revisión Review del Departamento de Operaciones · Publicado hace 6 años

I think health insurance should be offered to all employees including per diem workers.

Revisión Review del Departamento de Operaciones · Publicado hace 7 años

For the amount of work and the amount of judgment that comes with working there is just not worth the pay

Revisión Review del Departamento de Operaciones · Publicado hace 6 años

After nearly twenty years of service, my hourly rate is still far from the top tier for my position

Revisión Review del Departamento de Operaciones · Publicado hace 6 años
