D d d d d

I liked that I finally got an interview.

The people at forst but they pit on an act.

Nothing really. It was a waste of time. I was already more then qualified

Nothing. It is the same old hurry up and wait game.

The interview questions are very generic and you can pretty easily make up answers on the fly.

They were very nice and clear

the recruiters do a good screening for hiring managers

Review from Operations Dept

how they lie to your face about the culture.

Review from Operations Dept

The invisablility of the people interviewing

Review from Operations Dept

I interviewed before the current process. I spoke to the manager and supervisor and was asked three questions.

I wasn't interviewed at all

Structured. Organized. And positive reinforcement when things are going well.

Review from Admin Dept

The manager asked pertinent questions

Review from Operations Dept

Professional. Typical. Nothing out of ordinary

Review from Admin Dept

candidates must get through a screening "talent" assessment which causes a lot of applicants to not get through for one-on-one interview and assessment. This assessment doesn't seem to be as accurate or helpful as the senior HR leaders feel it is

Review from Admin Dept

Casual, calm, accepting. They asked me about me, and asked me for suggestions

Review from Customer Support Dept

It was very professional and the person was nice

The interviewer was very polite and actually acted like she enjoyed listening to me.

Review from Operations Dept

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Be honest to nurses about high patient loads of high acuity patients

Review from Operations Dept

Way too easy. Fix it

Review from Operations Dept

There seems to be a communication breakdown between the individual departments knowing specific people who have applied for positions but applications not being sent to them.
