The immediate supervisor is amazing. They will fall on the sword so to speak to make sure that the staff is safe. That being said, the upper management and leadership are abysmal. None of them are actually qualified for the sector that they are in, and they are making changes that HURT the company.

Communication Direct communication from the administration to hospital department employees. Vague wording via managers deliberately reflects a lack of care.

Initiate direct communication with hospital employees. If hospital departments are measured on productivity, then administration must share their productivity objectively. Non-clinical administration should not outnumber clinical administration.

Increase nursing staff to a ration of no more than 5 patients to 1 nurse... if the patients are average acuity. The ratio should be lower if acuity is higher.

Too many MGMT meetings. Need to be more available. Need to find ways to lower expenses and find ways to encourage staff. Need to find ways to stop firing and eliminating positions.
