There is a program called Movement Journeys where each employee is encouraged and given a yearly stipend to pursue an experience that will help their career and personal growth. It's a great program that I have taken advantage of, and I feel that it has definitely helped improve my work and myself.

The company invests in a what's called a Movement Journey - this is a stipend of money and time for an employee to explore a new experience or to gain knowledge.

The best thing about our compensation package is a thing we call Movement Journey's. Each year, an employee can take a "journey" that is funded by the company up to $1,500. Journey's can rang from learning about yourself through guitar lessons, or going on your first overseas trip alone. It's great!
