There are multiple ways to approach them. And they legitimately will make time for anyone. It's rare in most businesses, let alone traditional ad agencies.

This does not apply to every member of the leadership team. Some of the people in that team are genuinely interested in the well-being of everyone in the agency. I trust those few because I like that about them.
