For the most part, the team at Movement is collaborative and welcoming. There is definitely some true talent at Movement, and the people who do best here are those without egos.

My team is always what I say is the best part of the job! Everyone is incredibly smart, talented and collaborative. There's so much respect across teams and everyone is willing to lend a hand across departments.

Everyone works together as a bigger part of a whole and there is never a feeling of an enforced pecking order. Since everyone feels like an equal, things tend to run very smoothly and relationships with one another are very down to earth.
