
All of the supplemental benefits. As a newly(ish) wed, I was very happy to find out that Namely offers maternity leave that actually allows the time that new moms need with their newborn baby. I cannot thank Namely enough for this benefit to take the stress out of trying to build a family.

Compensation is low for service team members that works tirelessly to retain clients. It's a role that requires all of the soft skills to be successful (managing upset clients, delivering information in a way that will soothe a situation) so that's probably why it's monetarily undervalued.

People with the same job title starting on the same day will be compensated differently just because one lives on the east coast. The cost of living in Austin TX is already on par with NYC - we yet someone in NJ makes 5k more a year than someone in Texas for the same job.

I believe that our team experiences very high and often unrealistic expectations to get the amount of work completed. To ensure the work is handled, many of the team work long hours (often unpaid) to ensure we are successful. Hours worked should be hours being paid for - always.

As I understand Covid made things really tough this year from a pay increase perspective I think that more substantial raises can help with employee satisfaction. Especially when you have colleagues in the same industry receiving 10% raises year after year.

Admitted by my manager I make up a huge portion of the strides my team makes and it is very noticeable when I am OOO. I am very grateful for having a job, especially in this climate however, I have NEVER been recognized or compensated for it outside of a "youre doing a great job" in a 1 on 1
