Overall willingness to help and support. As with any organization every department has their own goals that can some times fall out of alignment with mine, but at the end of the day everyone works well together and does what is needed for the betterment of the company.

Better note taking so questions are not asked repeatedly, pay attention to questions from others because you never know when you may have a similar scenario, attention to detail, research methods, etc

They need to be accountable and do their job every day. Sometimes it feels as if the best workers get more work put on them, while others get away with not doing as much. This makes the good workers feel burned out and leave the company.

I think not taking the job so serious, this is one of the most exciting times to be at Namely enjoy it. Additionally I have absolutely no trust in other teams as they capture slack messages and report them to management. In doing that it shows me that I CAN'T trust other teams.
